Hotel Capri - Rome

The service here is excellent, plus they have private parking which is really convenient. the meals are also good 🍽️. the staff is super friendly and always ready to assist, they go above and beyond to help out.

easy location, just two blocks from the Termini Station

1. the staff at the hotel is unfriendly, sometimes rude; 2. There is not cooling facility in the room, could be super hot in summer; 3. the door closed before midnight, after that you will have to ring the bell; 4. it does not allow you to leave your baggage after check-out.

location: the hotel was very close to therefore was convenient to go around the city as well as central train station. good service, although a few employees were not very friendly.

The setting was very very poor.

Comfortable double room with a shared bathroom. All good, no complaints at all here! 🙌.

It's near the station, so it's ok if you need a place to spend a night somewhere.

It looks quite poor, no air conditioning, wifi didn't work and the breakfast is not a real breakfast :)

Our hotel was in a convenient location, near a train station. The room turned out to be modest and spotless with good WiFi, shared bathroom and an air conditioner.

This hotel is small yet well, kept, and it's in a great spot near public transportation. the room is tidy and has everything you need , there's a flat, screen TV, climate control so you can adjust the temperature to your liking, and even a handy fridge for your snacks and drinks. 🌟.

The staff were very friendly and accomadating.

It took 10 minutes for the hot water system to heat up. If anyone else in the area was having a shower the pressure of the water was nil. The berakfast was very basic. The decor needs a major upgrading. The window shutters were broken and there was see through curtains in which you could see the neighbours.

The best for this hotel Capri was near place of location from Termini rail station and Metro Termini, also near from supermarket "Conad"

Missing of air conditioner.

This place has small, clean, and absolutely perfect rooms.

The room was affordable and had an air conditioner, along with convenient amenities like a hairdryer, bidet, and bath sheets in the shared bathroom.

I chose a "private bed with private external bathroom", but the bathroom was not private. They told me they would fix it on the web.

Very close to roma termini, great price, great for budget travelers
